Welcome to the Berg's Beads' web page that's filled with all sorts of info on types of payment accepted, how things are shipped, order satisfaction, etc. Please make sure you read it and if you have any questions, contact me. Lots to read, but it is worthwhile! And if you do read it you can't have any excuse for not knowing, right? (smile)
Prices are in USA dollars. Prices exclude shipping charges ($3.50 and up US domestic; variable rates for international), unless indicated dppd, and Nevada Sales Tax, if applicable, included.
Please do not send cash as I won't be responsible for cash sent in the mail.
Major credit cards are accepted through PayPal. PayPal, personal and business checks, money orders, cashiers checks and international money orders (in US funds). (Shopping cart is set up to utilize PayPal and has the option of "reserving" an item if paying by check or money order.)
Checks should be made payable to Berg's Beads. There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks.
Items will be shipped in padded envelope or small box with items wrapped in bubble wrap. Items will be shipped to billing address (without prior approval, such as for a gift); so if you haven't changed the address in your PayPal account, item might not get shipped where you wan it.
Berg's Beads nominally ships via USPS First Class ($3.50); shipping via USPS Priority ($7.50) and USPS Priority Mail (1-day) Express ($25) is available. For international shipping, items are shipped with tracking vis USPS International Priority.
International shipments will be valued at the purcahse price and marked as merchandise; customer is responsible for any custom duties/taxes.
Shipping will usually happen within 48 hours of payment clearing.
During non-holiday times, first class will nominally take 2-5 days for delivery (prioirty 2-3 days; express 1-2 days; international 5-10 days). During the preceeding weeks leading up to Christmas, things slow down.
In order to ensure that items arrive in time for Christmas, please refer to the following table for delivery/shipping (please add day for weekend):

If you're not satisfied with the order, please notify Berg's Beads IMMEDIATELY. Please contact me the same day of receipt, with the reason why. Please ship the item back, in same condition received, within 5 days of receipt and your money will be refunded, less all shipping costs. No refunds after this time period.
If a piece is damaged through normal wear and tear, Berg's Beads would be happy to repair the item for you. Any materials (new beads, findings, etc.) would be charged at cost. (Plus return shipping.)
If a piece "just doesn't work", i.e., needs to be shortened, lengthened, please contact me for an estimate of what the charges would be (usually cost, plus return shipping).
